For over 30 years, I worked as a hairstylist and before that I tended bar for 15 years. While these careers gave me joy and connection, they also left me in chronic pain. In 2008 I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and four herniated discs. The doctor told me I had a spine of an 80 year old.The pain was constant and like so many other people, I turned to opiates,  muscle relaxers and ibuprofen just to get through the day. Overtime I became dependent on these medications, and my quality of life continued to decline. I no longer recognized the person in the mirror.

That’s when my healing journey began. Determined to find a natural alternative to manage my pain and reclaim my life, I discovered the powerful potential of CBD and Cannabinoids. I became obsessed with learning everything I could, studying the science, understanding cultivation and experimenting with extractions. Through years of trial and error I developed my own   crafted tinctures and topicals that gave me relief I had been searching for. The transformation that was life-changing.
